No I understand what you guys are saying.The response that Gonz gave was what I was looking for guess I should have clarified more in regards to particular cigars and should have stated specific cigars.

But Gonz was being satirical, how is that what you were looking for? Of what importance is it to you how much I pay locally for a particular cigar vs what you pay? Are looking for a trade? If so, just say so. Are you looking to make a purchase? Well, I may pay less than you for any given cigar, but you may lose any savings when you add shipping costs.

I hope I'm wrong, but I think you may be fishing for something else or (and I hope this is the case) you're incredibly naive and didn't really think this concept out before you posted, a common noobie mistake. If that's the case, then you just say "DOH!! My foot tastes like stale beer and cheese today. I'll "Read more, Post less" and I'll think a little deeper before I post from now on."

You could always set up a poll with different amounts...and then people could choose anonymously.
I don't think anyone here would skew the resluts...except maybe Gonz! :whistling:

No was interested in possibly trading in future and did not want to send people sticks that are not up to their level because after reading what alot you guys smoke on this site and then comparing prices; as sticks you guys talk about smoking on a daily basis are in the 35 -50 dollar range here (fuentes,padron anny). Really was just a question as to what people pay for smokes to compare it to asking what someone earns is a little extreme in my opinion. And yes I probably should have done a poll . My bad .

Your best bet maybe to find out MSRP for your sale/trades and go with that figure.
If it's more then MSRP, then state that in your buy/sale/trade and the buyer/trader will know the options.

I don't mind answering your question, my monthly is $0 to $1,000.00. I'm not trying to give you another wise-assed answer. Some months I don't buy any cigars and other months, I've spent around $1,000.00.

If deals come along, I buy them. There's not much use in saying "Oh gee, I can't afford them now, it's not in my budget" because with a plan like that, you'll exclude yourself from hard to get cigars (that don't come along very often) which I think is foolish.
