Wow! I'm glad you're back on some kind of track. Your tribulations make my ordeals seem trite by comparison. Thanks for the perspective.

Though a few minor things need attention (as well as about a hundred boxes of allegedly salvaged items), we have finally gotten our CO (Certificate of Occupancy, for those lucky enough to be unfamiliar with codeinspecspeak)! We can now, legally, move back into our re-constructed home! Susan is already planning the first entertaining event, coming up in a week (Thanksgiving dinner) even though we don't have enough chairs or kitchen gear to pull this off! It should be pretty interesting. I am thankful.
