I spent 6 years in Charlotte-plus started watching the Panthers since the Falcons were blacked out every week.

Bronco-Panther SuperBowl will mean one of us will be sleeping on the couch.

I am bucking the odds here as almost 90% of the wildcard winners have lost the following game, but think The Panther's playoff experience, the 40 - 50 degree weather, and Rex Grossman, all favor Carolina.
