Kinda dark, but from what I can tell his sling is so ****ed up he'd never be able to use his weapon. Especially if he is a leftie shooter as is implied by the picture.

Or are you just refering to the selector lever being set to Safe?

I was trying to think of something horribly politically inccorect to say here...but bieng new I am a bit afraid to test the waters...

my guess it would havesomething to do with the position of his firing hand

His AimPoint scope is mounted backwards ! !
Yes, it is just a red dot scope but this means to zero it you have to go against the windage/elevation.

I don't think so. I think it is his hand that is distorting what you see.

Oh and my answer is his big a$$ arms will get in the way. Not that that's a bad thing

Looks like he has to much steroids in his system.Drug test!

Cops have to keep there weapon safe correct? unless there is an iminant threat(spelling).

Ive seen "REAL" guys use EOtech and many other good sights as well.Acog is very durable thats y the popularity.

Wouldn't have noticed that - they don't give us the fancy sights.
Plain old Gau-5 and that's all (well for my rifle).
