Anyone use a manual espresso maker?

Now I have to manually press a few buttons and pull a lever - does that count?

My Aeropress(es) are still in regular use for work, travel and hiking, but this has been a great addition to the kitchen counter.

We had a fancy shmancy espresso maker of the same manufacture at the Rocky mountain cabin, I was in love! I want one real bad.
