I have seen several commercials that have people speaking commands into their iPhone. What are some good apps that do that? I'd love to tell my phone to call someone and it does it with out me hitting any 'buttons'

On the iPhone 4 if you hold down the home button for about 3 or 4 seconds the voice control option is activated. I've never used it so I don't know how it works but it's there.
