Are these govee units reliable?

I bought this three pack of govee units and I'm wondering if anybody else has any experience with them?

I have four of the little 'hocky puck' hygros that require the app to read. Been solid so far, battery seems to last ~2 years. Always salt tested before putting them in service (or a battery change), new units have been within a point of cal each time.

I have 3 and I think they are legit, used the boveda test kit, and from the factory they were within a few points

I have a bunch of Govee units. The small screenless squares seem to be the least accurate in that they require a large adjustment after calibration. I just finished re-calibrating about 5 of those little squares and each was ~10% off.

I got a three pack of the new version that you listed and they have been dead on and very nice!

I have only been running mine for 6-9 months. I have the little air tag size ones. I have had zero problems and think they are the shizzle. Man back in the day it was hard to get anything close to them and there wasnt a cal option. You took a piece of tape and stuck it on the front and write on it how far off it was lol.

I plan to salt test and cal mine every 6 months. I run beads and its interesting to see all the data that gets loaded into the app. You can see when I fooled around and installed my lights the other day. With my tupperdor it is incredible how consistent the humidity stays in it with the beads. Literally +- 0.50 %. And it isnt even a great container like a sistema. Its what you would use to take pasta salad to a pot luck.

got a link for the airtag size?

I have a Govee H5051 and it's been solid. It has a screen and WiFi and I keep it in my Aristocrat Mini. Currently calibrated at +2.2% and holding I also have a hygrometer in the Aristocrat that's connected to my weather station and the Govee is consistent with that too. Highly recommend!

I also have a H5179 WiFi puck and it's been sketchy. Currently calibrated at -5.4%. I salt test it and calibrate it and within a few days it will be off. I'll put it next to the H5051 in the Aristocrat and it's off by 5%-10%. I recalibrate to the H5051 and put it back.

I salt test them or Boveda test them every month or two to keep them both honest.
