Update, one opportunity didn't pan out, was still kept in consideration if one candidate doesn't work out. The second opportunity has an interview scheduled for Wednesday of next week. That is the better opportunity anyways. I will keep you updated.

I know I have been absent for a while and may not be known but I figure all the good thoughts and prayers thrown your way would help. I am a definite believer that things happen for a reason. That first one wasn't meant to be and the next one will be the one for you! GOOD LUCK!
 
Update : the decision has been delayed until midweek next week. Both I and the other candidate have been notified as such .
