Asparagus in Central IL

That time is upon us. Getting two pickings a day...
 
Wrap each stalk in a slice of prosciutto,
paint with a little olive oil,
season with salt and pepper,
grill (charcoal) until prosciutto has a crisp to it.
 
HEAVEN
 
 
I loves me some asparagus.We toss it in a little olive oil with salt and pepper and bake on 350 for 20 minutes or until tender.
