The Minnesota Cigar Smokers Association is holding its 6th Annual Make A Wish Herf on Saturday March 27, at 6pm, at Canterbury Park Race Track and Card Club. This event includes silent auctions, live auctions, and a raffle (plus a few other fun events). Last year's event raised over $10,000 for Make A Wish, and we'd like to top that amount this year.

If you'd like to make a donation to the fundraiser, we'll gladly accept it. E-mail or PM me. You won't reget attending. There are 100s of items...from singles to samplers to boxes...and it's a tax deductible contribution, with proceeds going to grant wishes to terminal kids through Make A Wish.

The MNCSA raised $13,000 last night for Make A Wish of Minnesota. What a great event...and good to see everyone last night!

If you missed the event this year, please join us next year...ask anyone who went...it's a fun time and a great cause, not to mention the opportunity to buy some outstanding cigars...and all money raised goes to grant wishes for the kids.

Tho I did learn that while power-herfing it is possible to smoke a robusto to the band in about 3:36min.
of course it is a little hard to stand up straight afterwards.
