I can't tell if you're joking, internet interpretation isn't always my strong suit, but I've never camped in CA. All those pictures are in Montana, which is on fire too as usual, but through none of my doing!

Where I am, at least it isn't smoky (though I realize this isn't a big worry in the grand scheme of things). Smoke was starting to get bad when I left home
 
Looks like a great trip! I love the Beartooths. We just spent 10 days up around Glacier and then Missoula and Bozeman doing dayhikes. Beautiful country.
 
Our kind of trip minus the pack pack. I didn’t know know there was another Lake Louise other than Canada. Great pics brother, and with your son, extra special. I’m feeling this right along with you.
