pr0n is right, not sure if I want to eat it or have s3x with it... or have s3x with it then eat it!

looks delicious!

MMMMMM, Ribs!

I recently smoked some ribs using a few of HB's tips in a thread. Best ribs I have made to date. Those look awesome Erick.

WOW! Drooling as I type this! Wish I could grill like that! ???

Thats no grill, thats BBQ... Man does that look good!

many people use the terms bbq and grill interchangebly (is interchangebly a real word?).

Bbq is like old people s3x, not very hot and takes a while to get there. Grilling is like teenage s3x, hot and fast and you can do a lot of it in a short period of time.

Greatest Thread....Ever!!!

Thanks for the early morning pick me up. Off to conduct a search for HB's tips Mr. Fields referenced and clear the snow off around my smoker. You've inspired me Hillbilly.

Edit for wiping drool off of post.

"Holey smoking animal flesh Batman."

Forget the spiral ham for Christmas, now I want ribs.

H S … PM me with the Mapquest directions to your house.

I love the mustard as the "rub glue" idea. I've used a garlic/Greek yogurt on my leg of lamb but never thought to use it on my ribs. That's also a great base rub, it lets you tweek it to your own personal taste. I personally like to add some dried peppers (cascabel or pequins) to give them a little extra kick.

Do you have any pics of your just your smoker? I just have a little vertical one that I can do about four racks on. It looks as though yours is quite a bit bigger. Do you make it or is it store bought?
