Ok - I like smoked and spicey foods. I've ordered from Hillbilly<thanks for the jerky - btw> and I've taken some suggestions from others about sites and recipes.

So, I beg <a little> for swissy to send me a little smoked salmon...and he does!

I thought the FedEx guy was going to have to use a lift to move the package around...goodness....what a package that swissy throws around! THANKS!! :thumbs:
