Black Friday

Yep, I'll be there. Got pushed last year by some pissed lady when I cut in front of her. The line had formed and they opened the doors. So, I just walked right in, with my wife behind me. Lady got pissed and put her shoulder into me.

We still laugh at how that lady took a punch :sign:
 
Yeah but I usually dont get up until 4:00 am. Most of the time I just go and if I find something great...if not it doesn't really bother me. I really enjoy christmas and the festivities that surround it so it's worth it to me.
 
I'm picking up a new plasma TV on black Friday, but I'm calling the order into hh Gregg as my good friend works there and is just going to hold one for me and ring it in on the phone. I personally HATE the day after Thanksgiving shopping and holiday shopping all together. It's pure chaos and it's just too damn cold to wait outside.

I would be there if the wife hadn't decided that she was going shopping with her best friend and I was staying home with her best friends husband and my daughter. You gotta love your wife.....
 
The Monday after Thanksgiving (Internet Monday) might be as good of specials without the long wait times. This has been rivaling black Friday the last few years when it comes to deals - and, is the largest shopping day of the year on the internet.

blackfriday.com or even a quick google will help anyone find the full color ads that everyone is set to run.

Best of luck to those who dare - when I managed a Best Buy we all came in at midnight to prep for opening and people were in line already........crazy
 
If it is electronics you are looking for I would go to Fry's Electronics. I have been to both Best Buy and Fry's and have been much happier with everything from price, selection and service when I went to Fry's.

However, I myself do not enjoy the crowds and tend to leave the crazy shopping days to my wife and mother-in-law to enjoy.
