I went out to Orange County around 2pm because a good friend of mine invited me to go taste some beer. They were open for tasting from 2-7 and we were there for at least two hours. They start their saturday tasting today starting at 12pm. So if your in the area go try it out. I tryed everything but the pumpkin ale, not a fan of pumpkins. My favorite happened to be the Black Phoenix, it had a taste of coffe and chipotle. I left with two bottles of the Amber Alt Ale, 1pt each, and a 4 pt bottle of the Black Phoenix. Aaron, the owner and Head brewer, is easy going so ask him anything while you'er there; he loves what he does and it shows with his beer.

Thanks for the reminder. I've been meaning to check this place out. I had thought their tastings were on Friday evenings. Will look into this.
