I take fresh garlic, chop it, and slowly cook it in virgin olive oil along with a little onion powder, Lawerys seasoning salt and parsley flakes. Then I take half of it and marinade chicken breasts in it for 3 days or so. Drain it, then I use the remaining to fry the chicken in, it makes a mean garlic chicken that has practically no calories since very little olive oil ever stays in the chicken and chicken breasts are some of the leanest white meat. Hillbilly has some great recipes for pork rub too which are practically calorie free just spices and pork is also very lean, like pork roast or pork chops. You can also go with something like a good old beef roast, throw it in a slow cooker with beef broth, cook it for about 4-5 hours and it just falls apart, throw some carrots in there if you want too. Then you can just use its juices if it’s a little too dry for you. Salad is always the most popular choice to loose weight but you can eat plenty of meats while still being plenty healthy and get very lean from it with out cracking one day and saying this can all go to hell. While walking is great for someone starting out be sure to switch it up after awhile, so many people do it for a few months and start to realize its not working anymore and get discouraged. You body will always adjust so switch it up to bike riding or something for a while then go back to walking. Just a few tips.
P.S btw sugar free is great but you have to remember you still need some sugars in your system or over time you have other issues, be sure to get some fruit in be it just a glass of juice a day.
