Just had to post this. Very excited to try these bourbons. I just ordered the following:

George T. Stagg Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey 15 year old

Old Rip Van Winkle Distillery Handmade Bourbon 15 year old

Black Maple Hill Limited Edition Premium Single Barrel Bourbon 14 year old

Old Charter Proprietor's Reserve 13 year old (98 rating in Wine Enthusiast)

Shipping today, should be here on Friday. I see a good weekend ahead.

Don't know that they have the best prices available, but they were pretty good and they had what I wanted.

FYI: BMH is a repackager, they used to use Van Winkle product and now it is most likely Heaven Hill.

I remember reading that. However, everything that I've heard about them has been good, so I thought I'd give it a try. You did a review on the 21 year. Have you had any of the younger offerings? Just wondering if you could tell me what to look out for.

I didn't buy any of the others because at the time they were Van Winkle so why double up? I haven't tried any of the newer (last 18 months or so) BMH so I can't point out anything. You might want to compare the BMH 14 to the Van Winkle 15 and see which you like better because the VW 15 is at least 25% less expensive here then the BMH 14.

Bourbon came in this morning. Only one day to ship. Can't wait to crack one of these open. I'll try to give a review of them as I sample.
