Ok. I haven't bought that many bottles of booze in my short years, but the Bacardi Anejo bottle really confuses me. I unscrew the cap, pour, and nothing comes out!! There is a plastic piece with a hole in the middle that seems to be plugging the bottle on purpose. How do I get this elixir of life to flow? Any help would be appreciated.

Ummm, I just unscrew the cap, tip the bottle pretty much on end and pour.

Yup, that worked pretty well. I guess the cap is weird like that.

I have experienced this problem before ...
I don't remember how I solved it though!
Try tightening the cap so it will crack the plastic blockage or take some tools to it.
Maybe a hammer and a chisel and tap lightly!
