Casa Fuente - Las Vegas

I'm in the minority with my opinion on this (well, maybe not here, but I certainly was at CF) but the pricing is ridiculous. It may be justified because of the rent they pay but it is ridiculous just the same. Just because it's OK relative to the rest of Vegas doesn;t mean it isn't still ludicrous to pay 35 bucks for a 10 dollar cigar.


My motto on business trips was always..."when going to Vegas...pack your own cigars".


And to further piss off the Fuente lovers the Casa Fuente smokes were nothing special IMO. Gimmie those Hemingways anytime.


They do, however, make an awesome mojito.

I hear what you are saying but along with everything else in Vegas, it's about the experience. I have no problem dropping 40-50$ on a Casa Fuente and a Mojito just to try it. I can smoke my own cigars anytime.

Point taken, and you will note that I did also try one with a Mojito. Loved the mojito, thought the Casa cigar was OK.

I think Casa Fuente is a must for serious cigar smokers when visiting Vegas... kinda like a pilgrimage. Buy one Casa Fuente cigar and smoke it while you drink a mojito (the tangerine was my favorite).

But definitely pack your own cigars for the rest of the trip.

:thumbs: Agreed. I must admit I did buy two boxes of 858 sun growns and a couple of sun grown classics the first time I was there. Couldn't find them anywhere else. Last time I was there (2 months ago) they had no 858 sun growns, BTLs, or sun grown classics. Only picked up a couple Casa Fuente CGs. Those are the only thing worth buying there aside from the drinks IMO.

Yes they do, I regret not picking one up while I was there. Unfortunatley they are a pretty penny although I did not ask how much. To give you an idea I bought 2 xXx and a Super Belicoso plus one of thier Polo shirts and it was $175.00. Hope this helps....

Southwest gives out a little snack box.
It consisted if:
cheese and crackers
dried fruit
cookies
and they also gave out a bag of peanuts and your chice of beverage's.
