Look at what happend when Castro's government was on autopilot during his surgery? Our bureacrats (might have been ordered higher up) decided to "send a message" and do some cracking down on international shipments. WTF happens when he dies outright? Most of us agree that it won't affect the embargo, but what will it do to enforcement?
