Caviar

i have flying fish caviar with sushi all them time. has a salt/peppery flavor, ya, i love it. i once have russian beluga caviar, was ok..not my type of flavor.
 
I have never had it, but would try it if it was offered. I went to a NYE party hosted by a transplanted Californian. She had a nice buffet, but I was disapointed because she didn't have a traditional Milwaukee favorite; raw beef.

People eat raw fish, raw fish eggs, why not raw beef? Try it sometime. Super fresh ground round steak on rye bread with mustard, raw onion and salt and pepper. Yum.
