Joining Dominique from Belgium is Chimay Export Manager Frank Leveque. Together, they'll lead a Trappist Beer Seminar at our Downers Grove store featuring Chimay beers and cheeses.
The Chimay Monks have been brewing beer since 1862. To this day, the beer is brewed in their abbey under their supervision. This is a special chance to learn how Chimay combines authenticity and tradition with modern technology and techniques to produce one of the world's great beers.
