Ok... after rummaging thru 'Smokey the Coolidor', I had a hard time finding exactly what I was looking for. Does anyone else have this problem?

I took it upon myself to solve the problem, by ripping out Smokey's guts and sorting everything and cataloging what I have in there.

I sorted by ISOM, Premium favs, non-premium favs, and untried/unknowns. Then as I was sorting so that I didn't have a number of the same cigars in different areas/boxes, I wrote down everything I had. Man, I have alot of cigars!!! Smokey is damn near full, and he's 100qt of space! Think I should have gone 153qt...

On a side note, I'd like to thank everyone who took it upon themselves to teach me a lesson and bombed the crap outta me in the infamous Newbie War of '05... I have a ton of research that is ongoing to this day! This effort shall NOT go unnoticed, as I see a newbie/n00b civil war is beginning.

Muhahahahahahahahahahaha

I just started playing with this: Cigar Briefcase

Looks like it will help you keep track of what you have, as well as what you've had along with notes, etc. You can easily add cigars that he doesn't have in the database as well.

I put together an Excel spreadsheet to keep track. I have one tab for smokes in the humi (I record where, when and how I received them), one tab for cigars that I've smoked (with dates and notes) and one tab for the smokes that I send out (to whom, why and when).

It's a chore keeping the Excel spreadsheet up to date, and I've been slacking a little lately -- got some catching up to do.

I've downloaded Cigar Briefcase, but never really got into using it.

I'v been keeping an Excel sheet but I've been considering writing comething like Cigar Briefcase. I'm going to try it and maybe I can save myself alot of time. Thanks for the link.

I've been thinking of this. Would be nice to have a complete list, and maybe a small one to keep in my wallet :)

Anybody use that Cigar Briefcase with a Mac..... I can't seem to get it to work

Should be asking if Anybody uses a Mac..... I can't seem to get it to work :whistling:

I've currently only have a full 100 count humi, and pretty much know everything in there.

Now (and you can ask Eric) I am anal about how they are in there. I fill it from left to right, then after a row, I'll lay cedar spills across it. This keeps it more in line as you go. Plus they are in there by size. the removeble tray is where I set the good stuff
