I MF saw that, damnit! As it stands I was already on a no-spend mindset, but even more so with some house problems happening. Bad customer service can ruin any experience. Call and speak to someone at a higher pay grade and higher IQWell this may not be the right thread to post this but it's directly related and I wanted to let buyers know about what happened with an order I just had.
I used the triple code at JRs and ordered a box of MF blues. I placed the order last Tuesday and got a confirmation email that another email would come with a tracking number. A week passed and I heard nothing. I called yesterday afternoon and the CS person said it was sent to the warehouse but it shows OOS. They said they would have an update later in the day. I asked how will I know whats going on and they said I had to call back later. FFS! So I called yesterday evening and they said the are canceling the order and refunding the money.
I can give them a break that something messed up on their inventory system and allowed a purchase to go through when they were OOS. What pisses me off the most is I had to run this to ground myself a week later. I have bought a fair amount of stuff from them over the years, some online or at their place in NC and way back when they had a store on Conn Ave in DC. I may not buy from them again after this. Its not like they have really good prices anyway and their website isnt the best to navigate.
