Cigar Wholesalers?

I'm setting up a small retail business that is centered around curated cigar gatherings and looking for a wholesaler that will remit my WA state tobacco excise tax as part of my purchase from them. That way I dont have to do it later on my end.

So far, the only promising lead I've come across is Meier and Dutch. Does anyone have any experience with them or have any insight into this topic in general?
