cigarbid.com PROBLEM WITH ORDER

I received a box of Rocky Patel vintage cigars the other day. Upon examining them (through the glass tubes), at least six of them have their wrappers coming apart, caps are broken, coming off etc.

Has anyone had problems like this buying from them? I've sent a note to customer service, but haven't heard back.

Any help or advice would be great.

You'd be better off calling them - they handle these things pretty well usually.

My experience with them is that they will usually send some replacements.

I got one in a fiver that had terrible wrapper damage. I wrote them an email, and they credited me the price of the one cigar. I then proceded to smoke my free cigar, damage and all.

Had a shipment from them that never showed up, called them, and they asked me to wait a few days and to call them back. A week later they credited my card. Although their site can be addicting, if you have problems, they seem to be on the ball in making it right.
