For 15 minutes, I'd try something European. I had gotten a Freebie Tin of Dannemann Moods with a JR Cigar order and they were surprisingly ok. I've tried a nice amount of lil guys, and they were the best to date, for my tastes. I've never tried the little Ashton's, mainly because there is confusion about the wrapper used. Some swear it's Cameroon, some swear it's not. For the money, I'll wait.

Thanks for the heads up on these, I've smoked 8 of the Moods now they are a pretty decent smoke. I have also tried the CAO Brazilia Cariocas and CAO MX2 daggers mentioned above. So far I think the MX2 Daggers are my favorite. They are a little more than a 15 minute smoke but for the price I think they are a new drive home smoke for me.
