What's the deal Leebo?

Once you achieve FOG status, are you only allowed to listen to a bunch of dead guys when smoking cigars? ???

Have you put your ears to that Joshua Redman Live at the Village Vanguard set ?

I can listen to all kinds of music, just some less than others but those I listed are my daily get through work stuff. I really enjoy Sundays because a local station has a blues program that last a couple of hours and I am generally outside working away from home (construction) so I get to listen to it as loud as I want.

That show is bizarre to say the least. I enjoy listening to the host(s), but when the whackos start calling in about UFOs, conspiracys, ghosts, goblins, etc......that's when it gets to be too much.

Definitely good entertainment though. Just not my bag.

Depends on where I'm at. If I am at home I like to smoke in silence and just focus on the good cigar. If I'm in my truck I'll jam on some Ted Nugent or Judas Priest. If I'm in my Lexus with the 6000 watt boomin' stereo then I'll listen to Nelly or some Bass Mekanik and watch the smoke dance to the Boom, the smoke really goes crazy. My music taste is very broad.

I've never listened to music when smoking a cigar, except maybe in a bar. I often watch a movie or some TV show on my laptop. Also at home I can surf the net in the backyard using WLAN.

Lately when I have been smoking I have been listening to Zao and Isis, a Touch of Morbid Angel (really)...some Black Label Society...Johnny Cash and Hank Williams

i listen to something different just about every night. last night, it was dredg. the night before, it was ben folds new cd. the night before that, i think, it was rush.

Only time I have put in music to specifically listen to while smoking was the soundtrack for Buena Vista Social Club.

Great soundtrack..at Cinevegas this year I had drinks with the director of the film...great movie

Whatever tunes I got going.
Sometimes watching the tube is all I do.
Several times I fire up a fat one while playing Americas Army (FPS game)
Last weekend the power went out during the Pepsi 400 so I fired up a Fuente that came in my Newb sampler and vegged in the dark for an hour.

Not trying to thread jack, but nothing is better than stogies and Law and Order.

I listen to Pearl Jam when I am smoking. Mostly their accoustic stuff because it is their more mellow stuff. Good lyrics and good cigars go well together.
