I have moved a few years ago from the city and onto the mountain. With a change in 'atmosphere', I have been better suited to focus on my passions. One of them is cured meats. I have recently built a 'smokehouse' to coldsmoke/cure meats. This winter is my first time ever diving into such a 'hobby', but I am hungry to learn & experiment. No idea of anything to do with Cold Smoking! BUT..........the few photos you show are in a pretty good size room and how can anything be bad, such as the pork belly in the photo, be bad once smoked? Can you give us a lot more info on the process you use.........not sure,,,,, no not true,,,,,,there’s no way I can ever dedicate a room...To smoking meats....cold or not.
