In a small northern Colombian town named San Antero, the ‘Festival del Burro’ (Donkey Festival) is held to celebrate the donkey. Some of the highlights include a donkey stampede and a costume contest, but most of all, the carnival celebrates having sex with donkeys.

Yes, I repeat, the main focus of the festival is to celebrate the tradition of men having sexual encounters with donkeys. Apparently when a boy grows up in Colombia, his hand is inadequate and he’s too nervous to have his first experience with a (human) female. No, the sweet tender embrace of a donkey (probably with the appropriate amount of make up like the one featured above) is whats needed to stir the passions of an all to eager but anxious Colombian adolescent. Ok, this is going to be completely wrong, but I have to share a story here. This is 100% unexaggerated.

When I was serving in the Peace Corps, I lived in a town called Narok. In Kenya. This was a Maasai village. The Maasai being a very traditional African tribe. I was told by some non-Maasai friends that the young Maasai warriers (Morans) also had the same tradition. Actually, I don't think it was a tradition, I just think it was something they did.

They would be out in 'the bush' by themselves for long periods of time. No girls. Many morans are around the age of puberty. Enter the donkey. Further more... Here's the funny part. The reason I was told they like donkeys is that the donkey's vagina is "very hot." Not Paris Hilton hot, but temperature hot. Another thing worth reporting, is the how. How does a human rape a donkey? Cuz apparently donkeys aren't too happy with this sh.t. So the Morans dig four holes in the ground and push the donkeys feet in. Take that you donkey beeeyatch.
