Are there any CP global events on the Calendar?

Things like the day we had the on-line Herf for Brian?
Or maybe an important mile stone or anniversary for Cigar Pass that we could celebrate?

And if so, is there a way to get a message sent to the inbox as a reminder?

Just asking, I think this could be a really good tool for the community.

I was thinking of something similar.

Difference with my thought is that each major metro area has a calendar. Then people can put names on the dates they will be in those areas.

For example, there might be calendars for Las Vegas, Los Angeles, Miami, NYC, and so on

Then each member could put their name on the dates they will be there.

Just a thought, but I'm not an html programmer, so I don't have the first clue how to do such a thing.

I think it's a good idea as well. Plus it would remind Anthem to take a shower every Thursday night.

Well, this might be a moot point now....

I really think there should be some "CP Holidays" that are on the calendar for all to see.

Ok, I tried to add an event to the calendar (SoCal Herf) on Thursday, July 30th. It did not take. I also noticed that the calendar is incorrect. It shows the 30th as being a Friday but it's actually on a Thursday. I think it may be because the calendar week starts with Monday instead of Sunday so that threw off the dates.

I think I fixed the calendar issue - date should be correct now - please confirm.
