Ok, time to use the plethora of CP computer minds again.

I need a script to create around 400 usernames for incoming students. The usernames will be created for Windows Server 2003. I have a database with the names already that can export to excel or comma dilineated if need be.

Any ideas?

do you have any username rules? (so many characters from the first name, so many from the second, numbers...)

I could do that for you very easily on a Unix-based machine... I don't know enough about the admin end of Windows boxes to assist tho, sorry.
