If there is a homebrew shop near any of you try making a spicy chill and adding a cup of dry amber malt to the chili. Adds a real nice sweetness to it.

Also, dry malt works great in dry rubs for cool or smoke preparations.

Guinness ice cream? I've died and gone to heaven.

Yea, I know. I once had a Guinness Ice Cream float but never had a chance to make the Ice Cream.
I remember using Guinness in a beef jerky marinade back in the day.
