Livin' the retired life!
Sitting here making a pot of sweet Italian moose spaghetti with extra smoked garlic, mushrooms and wine, with Asiago Cheese bread and a bottle of '08 MollyDoooker (DAMN YOU Grapes!) 'The Boxer'... while 20 pounds of pork shoulder is half way thru it's 16 hour journey in my smoker for work tomorrow. (Cubano sandwiches anyone?!?)
