For the life of me, I can't figure out why people do mock drafts, or why people care.

Does anybody actually even pay attention to them?

I am (or was) a Cowboys fan. I don’t even care about the ACTUAL draft. No matter who we draft our “GM” is gonna screw it up.

I’m a draft fanatic for over 40 years now. Watched my first draft in ‘84 and haven’t missed one since. Mock drafts are fun for me. They make me laugh most of the time after the first few picks because it’s such a fools errand but it’s still fun to see what the "experts" predict. I might be ever so slightly biased but I feel like I’m a better evaluator than most of the talking heads. I was desperate for my BILLS to draft Josh Allen when 95% of the pundits thought he was a bust for sure. Count it! 🤓

I'm right there with you on the draft Craig. I used to take the days off back when the draft was 2 days and watch it religiously. But, just like everything else with our media these days it seems it is nothing but clickbait. And pretty ridiculous clickbait at that.

With the damage that Tomlin and Rooney have done to the Steelers organization, I have lost my fervor for the team. But I will be glued to the TV this Thursday night.

Same for me. It's just too much noise and clickbait. To be honest, I don't follow college football, and my 83 year old dad knows more than I do about it and the standout players. I more or less just see who Washington drafts, and then research those people. I also see who the top five or ten draftees are and who picked them. Other than that, I don't care anymore.
