First mix of crap this year......

I just took the puppies out for a walk and we just ran into the first mix of the season. It was a bit cold on the begining of the walk and on our way home it started to turn into freezing rain and rain mix, as we just got home we actually got to see our first bit of snow. What the hell is going on, it's not even Halloween yet?

So, what is it like tonight there in your neck of the woods?

Kinda odd weather for this time here in the mountains. Perfect 65 degrees during the day, nights are cold though. Should start snowing real good and sticking in a couple weeks. Will be posting snowboarding pics all winter im sure!

Well, it's raining and the temps are in the low 40s right now. They are calling for snow this afternoon and I can hardly wait for our first snowball fight....... :thumbs:

Ah, what a beautiful morning, I woke to the sounds of the plows and salt trucks tending the road, also to the sound of the heavy snow falling off the trees onto the roof. I took the dogs out and listened to the sound of small limbs cracking and stood there while I got pelted by the snow falling off the trees. Well at least the kids are happy, they have a 2 hour delay for school.

This is what it looks like here this morning, 30 degrees and sloppy.

What a great start to the Fall months.
