Finally some vacation time! I come back next week on the 11th.

Meeting up with some friends from Aussieland and Britain for an extended weekend of pub crawling.

Think I'm going to see how many of these places are still around on Friday and Tuesday, my only "free days" to explore the city :D

You're a lucky man Shawn. Have a blast with your buds in Amsterdam. Haven't been back there in several years. Last time I went was for a bachelor party. Thinking back, that was about 3 years ago. Man...does time fly.

I went with a few friends a couple of years ago. Be sure to go to the Bulldog http://www.thebulldog.com/coffeeShops/coffee-shops-n90.htm

We had a blast there. Watch out for the bicyclers in the city and pickpockets in the the train station.

If you get tired of the night life; be sure to visit Rijks Museum. If you have an extra couple of days, you can

take a train from Amsterdam to Zermatt, Switzerland, the scenery is awesome!

Had a great time, met a bunch of online friends I've known for years and found a pub that sells over 100 types of beer.

Definately a great place to visit and if I could, I'd live there.
