I live in WI at the MN border and dangit I still can't bring myself to sit outside for over an hour to "enjoy" a smoke. I would much rather stop by a buddies place or a local smoke shop if that is the tradeoff. I really wish I could though because it is about 28 today and I could use a smoke.
