As some of you have been reading, some of the BOTLs have weddings coming up. Well, smokelaw1's (Josh) wedding is coming up this Sunday I believe. I though it would be nice to start this thread for us to wish him and his new wife-to-be much happiness. Something like an e-card.

May you and your wife have many many wonderful years together and enjoy that "super" smoke to it's fullest extent!

Congratulations bro!

I wish you both everything we (my wife and I) have had,
do have and will have. After 28 years it is all good!

Brian

I don't know when your leaving, but come back soon. Sometimes reading your exorbitant, yet educational and entertaining, amount of posts really pull me through the day. I wish you and your soon to be wife best of luck this weekend and best wishes for future. :thumbs

Ay, shucks...thanks fellas!

I'll have to look up that old thread to see when everyone else's is, too. To anybody that I''m going to be away for, congrats. wrz? next weekend?

And CasaSoho: What do you mean exorbitant?
exorbitant
One entry found for exorbitant.
Main Entry: ex·or·bi·tant
Pronunciation: -t&nt
Function: adjective
Etymology: Middle English, from Middle French, from Late Latin exorbitant-, exorbitans, present participle of exorbitare to deviate, from Latin ex- + orbita track of a wheel, rut, from orbis disk, hoop
1 : not coming within the scope of the law
2 : exceeding in intensity, quality, amount, or size the customary or appropriate limits

Well, surely #1 is all wrong, as surely my posts are lawful.
#2, are my posts exceedingly intense? Why, that is a quality I would wish to have....are they exceeding in quality...well, I'm blushing over here.....oh, amount....yeah, maybe....but I haven't beeen the day's leading posted in a while....I'll have to step it up a notch or two when we get home.

Glad you find them entertaining and educational, though!

So, thanks again for all the well wishes, everybody. I came in to the office today, to find my office all decorated with streamers and balloons. I have to leave them up until I leave, according to the admin staff!

LOL! How could I possibly have 17 today? Is that a running 24 hours?

I'll do what I can to go out on top, but I actually have a good deal of work (gasp!) to do over the next two day!

congrats Josh, i wish you and the wife all the best.
be prepared for the most expensive 12hrs of your life, that you probably won't remember 1/2 of. Enjoy the honeymoon bro, i hear where you are going is paradise!

Enjoy your time together..and cherish your time apart! :D

Have a wonderful weekend and enjoy the memory making!!!

Congratulations!

I don't recall anyone asking; how is getting hitched going to affect your smoking habits?

For me, it's not going to change much. Still smoke outside the house on deck. Being an ex-smoker herself with an occasional indulgence of Moontrance or Eileen's Dream, she did express a concern about my increase in the habit, but thats about it.

I told her "being new, I want to experience all the cigars that I can and then it will level off, really honey" :whistling:

Good luck Josh. See you in June.

Thanks Jim. I was smoking a Davidoff (one of the limited releases that were handed out at an event you hosted) in your shop when I got the call that my divorce was final. Makes sense that I go to the cigar dinner with you after my honeymoon!
