OKLAHOMA CITY (Reuters) - A former state judge, who allegedly used a sex toy called a penis pump in court, was charged with three felony counts of indecent exposure by Oklahoma authorities on Thursday.

Former Judge Donald Thompson, 58, pleaded not guilty in the Creek County District Court in the northeastern Oklahoma town of Sapulpa. If convicted, Thompson could face up to 10 years in prison for each count.

At the courthouse on Thursday, Thompson was taken to a backroom where he provided a DNA sample to authorities.

Last year, a court reporter who worked for Thompson was fired after she said she saw the judge masturbate and use the penis pump during hearings. Other witnesses claimed they saw Thompson use the pump in court.

Thompson stepped down in August after the allegations came to light and the state attorney general acted to remove him from the bench.

Officials searched Thompson's courtroom and chambers, and performed tests on carpet, a chair, a trash can and the judge's robe.

A preliminary hearing has been scheduled for March 22.

Well, o.k.-you're on the bench and some local career criminal is there for the umpteenth time because he didn't fuilfill the terms of his parole...you're bored......the typist looks really hot......the defense attorney is blabbing on.........and you just so happened to bring your favorite toy,..... why not? :p

So tell me Scott.....I thought the pump was more of a "tool" to help things grow...not so much of a toy.
And please don't send me one to try out :p

LOL-I grew up in Ada for awhile Bradon. My mom taught at East Central University and absolutely hated the town and the people. What is it with us and red states anyways? I don't know. We still have family friends that send us clippings such as : "Come and hear Cletus Barnaby, the world's smallest midget evangelist at Bobby Hill Baptist Church at 7:00 p.m."  Of course, there are regions like this in every state, but my state has the highest rate of mouth breathers per capita. ;) :p

Well yea, were pretty much all mouth breathers around here after all.

So what are they going to do with him now? Impeech him then fail on a vote to remove him............ Oh no, wait, they said hes going to court right?? How unfair, He Did Not Have Sexual Relations With That Pump!! :p

Oh NO!!! Not someone that
LOL-I grew up in Ada for awhile
I finished my degree and yes the choice could have been made better. That town has some of the worst drivers I have ever seen. They do not even compare to people in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area.

Some people will try to pull anything or pump it up in his case.

You mean to tell me that you're an ECU alum??? :0 :0 :0 I can't speak authoritatively on it, I was only there from like age 5 to 11. The only other notable thing about the place was that they produced Mark Gastineau, a good linebacker who played in the '80s.

Alumni of '95 and I do not miss the school one bit. I heard the Gastineau name some while I was there but since I am not a real big sports fan I was and still am clueless.

The only one that I know of that is "famous" that has come out of Ada is the country singer that has the song "Some Beach". I can't even remember his name because the only time that I listen to country music is driving the wife's car since I am mostly a metal fan.

BTW-The country guy's name is Blake Shelton. Looked it up on the net. His dad owned a used car business and his mama owned a hair salon, both in Ada. Good lord!!, what a small world it is!.  I wonder if he's a mouth breather? ??? ??? :whistling:
