It is Monday, I think. My face is STILL HUGE! GARGATUAN! I look like a monster!!!
They said the swelling was going to go down but the third day- THEY LIED!
It is getting progressively worse! I have a face the size of a pizza pie!

sucked... anyway my point is, you should not be in severe pain several days after the surgery that's not normal. Swelling is normal, however.

I'm not guessing. I've assisted hundreds of young Marines get through wisdom teeth extractions. I'm no longer allowed to practice medicine without a licence,but your slow to heal response is nonsense.

The vicodin just made me want to watch hours and hours of Ren and Stimpy.

If it is a dry socket, the gauze pack will ease the pain. This I know from experience... when I had mine out, 2 out of 4 had dry sockets. :0

The oral surgey said I shouldn't have waited 3 days to call him.

I spent a couple weeks in Russia right after I had mine taken out. I had minor/partial dry socket, and it was not fun. Luckily we had a lady with us who used to be a dental hygienist and nurse with us, and she took care of me, her and a lot of vicodin.

I hope you feel better soon, and make sure to take good care of yourself. Ill go smoke a cigar for you later on tonight :laugh:
