German Newsgroup server?

Sometime back (way back, apparently) I posted that my ISP wouldn't allow my account to sign on to their usenet server. Someone posted about a German newsserver that worked really well. I signed on, it did, and I was happy

When my hard drive crashed, I lost that link. Now I am sad.

After going back thru 35 pages of my posts (damn I've been in a lot of passes and trades!) my eyes couldn't take anymore so I'm asking if someone out there knows what I'm talking about? ???

There's just too much good information on usenet not to be able to get to it!!! :angry:

For what little I use usenet I use groups.goole.com.

There are a bunch of pay public usenet servers.. mostly geared towards porn/cracked games/mp3s/etc. newsgroups.

When I was non-cable, I usually kept an eye on This one as well.

At one time my ISP was able to add a newsgroups so I had access, but I live in a pretty small town , dont know if this helps
