Going to Steelers/Ravens game tonight

My son has season tickets and we are going to the game tonight. This is truly going to be a difficult situation for me, I could never root against the Steelers but I can't bare to see another season with Tomlin as coach. I can only hope and pray that Tomlin, Rooney, and Khan decided before the season started that if Tomlin didn't go deep in the playoffs, he is done. Whether he retires, gets fired, or mysteriously disappears and ends up laying on a beach somewhere, I don't care. Just as long as he is gone!

I guess my only hope is to get hammered during the tailgating!

I’m afraid you’re in for one more year of Tomlin at the helm. He will finish out his contract next season then resign. Hope I’m wrong but don’t think I am.

There are rumors coming out of Pittsburgh that he is going to leave and go to the broadcast booth for a couple years.

Spent 3 hrs Tailgating at the Giants/ Cowgirls game then another 3 hours watching the game. Froze my ass off but had a great tailgate & got a win. Enjoy the game!

I made a deal with a Ravens fan. We would give him Tomlin and our first round draft pick in 26 and 27 for a case of crab legs.

I'm happy to hear you say this! I know we are spoiled as Steeler fans but I have been to NFL games in a lot of cities and I truly believe Steeler fans are the most knowledgeable and the most welcoming I've ever witnessed.

I guess this may be the result of many years of great football as a learning tool? Which would also explain why Browns fans are the way they are.
