Good morning all, the coffee is on and it's Thursday already which means that we'll be at Schlesinger's Cigar Bar / Hudson Valley Cigars this evening.   It was good to see the Yanks sweep the White Sox and now the Bombers are only 2.5 behind the Wild Card.  Red Sox are next and hopefully we take 3 out of 4 from them if not all 4.  Anyway, have a great day everyone and enjoy...... 
 
Good morning all, the coffee is on and it's finally Friday!   Well, the Yanks lost to the Red Sox in extra innings last night, hopefully they can turn that loss around and post a "W" tonight.  The NASCAR racers are in Richmond, VA this weekend and the NFL is officially started for this season.  Enjoy the weekend everyone and I hope you find the time to smoke a couple of your favorites.......  :)   :thumbs:   :cool:
 
Good morning all, the coffee is on and it's already Monday morning.   Had a good weekend, Yankees didn't do so well, congrats to Carl Edwards for winning the NASCAR race Saturday night and enjoyed a Jets win for Beth yesterday.  I'll be rooting for the Eagles this evening and hopefully they have a good year as well.  Enjoy the week everyone and smokem' if you get the chance.......  :)   :thumbs:   :cool:
 
Good morning all, the coffee is on and it's Tuesday morning.  Congrats to the Eagles for winning the opening Monday night football game and I see that the Yankees lost another one. Chip Kelly's offense was too much for the Redskins as they had to many plays / options throughout the game.  Hope everyone has a great day and enjoys......

Good morning all, the coffee is on and it's "Friday the 13th", T.G.I.F.!   Had a good night at Schlesinger's, nice to see some of the fellas come out on this rainy evening.  Congrats to the Yankees for winning last night, now it's on to Boston for a tough 3 game series.  Tomorrow, Army is taking on Stanford (rated 5th in the nation) here at West Point and it's a sell out.  Kick off is at noon and it's going to be a tough one to say the least.  The NASCAR drivers are in Chicago this weekend, the first race of the 2013 Chase.  I hope everyone has a great weekend and enjoys a favorite or two throughout it.......

Good morning all, coffee has been on since 0430 as always and it's a brisk Autumn morning.  Good to see that the Yankees have that don't give up attitude still as they had a 4 run 8th inning to win last night.  2 1/2 games still behind the wild card, at this point anything can happen.  Enjoy the day everyone and smokem' if you get the chance.......

Good morning all, the coffee is on and we're back from being on the road for the past 8 days visiting friends and family.  Started off last Sunday with hitting one of the East Coast's largest Oktoberfest in Newark, DE.  Then when headed down to Fenwick Island, DE for a for days with a follow on trip to Fort Lee, VA.  Ended up in Annapolis, MD on Sunday and made it home safely after putting a little over 1100 miles on Beth's Subaru.  Now that we are back, I see that the Government has temporarily shut down which means we have to go in the office this morning, sign a bunch of documents and then put our out-of-office message on our phones and computers.  Hopefully the democrats and republicans can fix this soon.  Anyway, enjoy the rest of your week...... :)  :thumbs:  :cool:
 
Morning all, coffee is on and it's day 2 of the Government shut-down.  Not sure how long this will last but I hope that Congress comes to an agreement soon as this is hitting our pockets now.  Not happy.......  :angry:

Morning all, coffee is on and we are back to work at West Point as the Secretary of Defense decided it's time.  Glad to be going back to work and I still hope that Congress can come to an agreement so the rest of the Federal workers do the same.  Congrats to the Eagles as they won over the Giants and congrats goes out to Kevin Harvick for winning yesterday's NASCAR race in Kansas:  http://www.nascar.com/en_us/sprint-cup-series.html
