Smoker's porn...fresh out of the smoker today...
Brined overnight with brown sugar, maple syrup, sage, thyme, and coriander. Oak smoked for 4 hours followed by 3 more hours of heat in the box.
I'm droolin' like mad but one's for the neighbor who plows our driveway and the other goes in the icebox for later.
