Congrats on the home and perhaps soon to be the M word!
This country offers everyone the opportunity to buy a home.
If you don't own your home by now, borrow, beg, (don't steal
),
for the down payment (if needed). This is arguably the best
investment you will ever make!
This is also one of the only countries in the world that gives
you a tax break on your primary residence. Again, for those that
do not own, do your homework - after the tax break you may just find
that owning a mortgage costs less then renting.
However, after saying this, wouldn't you rather have cigars :laugh: :laugh:
