Hand/Wrist accessories

Next up, an Omega Constellation automatic. the only watch I own that’s worth anything. This was my Dad’s everyday. He bought it used and cleaned it up a bit. The date doesn’t turn any longer but I found a guy locally to fix that.

That is a beautiful watch, even better that it was your Dad's!

That gold Omega pie pan is such a classic looking watch.

That’s the reason I DID click on this…imagine my disappointment! But since I’m here, here’s my Ultra 3. I miss cool watches but sure like all the tech. I wear this, my wedding ring, college ring and hopefully a good cigar.

I have that same face on my Ultra. I moved things around, to show battery, weather, health (steps/activity/etc) and date.

I think Im going to shop for a blue face/bezel Seiko 5 in St Thomas in two weeks. Downtown aint what it used to be unfortunately.😔

Now I just need to see what they are on Amazon and try and estimate how much the sale price needs to be adjusted for duty free. Google says 15-20% I think.

Was in St Thomas today looking for a plane sieko 5 diver w a blue face and dial or black face and pepsi dial like I bought two years ago but this is as close as I could find. Just a short step up from the basic 5. All I could find on the interweb was this has msrp of 450 with most places selling at 350. This was 295 otd so Im happy with that and also its just a little different then my other watch and not just a dif color.

FYI for anyone buying a Seiko. Ask the shop to look on the watch and have them write down the serial number and case number before you leave. I just spent an incredibly frustrating 40 minutes w many F bombs trying to find them on my other Seiko with no results and the interweb was no help. The engravings are incredibley small on mine w the clear back.

The bezel has gotten very hard to turn and I need to send it in under the warranty and they want that info when you send it in.

I'm planning to now go to a local dealer and have them do that before I send it back.
