I smoked the Bolivar PC from 1998 while relaxing in the pool and the charcoal grill is fired up. 2 Porterhouse steaks at 2.66 lb, Ribeye at 1.06 lb and 2 NY Strip Steaks at 1.58 lbs and some chicken breast. Plus some cheese cake and a Hemingway Signature SG unknown age for dessert. :D
