I have a fuente humi pack in the bottom and a jar of those Humi care crystals
I added a bowl with a distilled moistened towel yesterday and still 59 rh.

I am starting to wonder if my humi sucks

I will order the beads from Heartfelt and advise

double check your hygro, new battery, salt test.

I just got the digital hygro a couple weeks ago

I will salt test it but, somewhere I saw that digital hygros dont need it.

All hygros even digital need to be tested. All of my non adjustable digital hygros are off by at least 1-2% if not 4-5%.

I've got 1/2lb of Heartfelt beads in my tupperdor used for temporary storage. I took a tupperware sandwich container, put about 3/4 of the 1/2lb of beads in there and added a 1/4 shot glass of distilled water. Put the lid on the container, shake it around until there is no liquid visible. Take off the lid, add the other 1/4 bag of dry beads. Put the lid back, shake it, whala....about 70-75 of the beads are wet. (I couldn't find a spray bottle).

I use the new Cigar Oasis Ultra in my 150ct humidor and have been pleased so far with the result. To me, it is well worth the monitoring of the humidity and requires very little observation of the humidity. I've got the heartfelt beads in my 50ct humidor as well and have been pleased with that result.

Well as usual this is the place for the proper info

Salt test shows 69 rh
So if my calculations are correct my unit is 6 off?
