Hello!!--a newbie here. My name's Scott and I was brought into the brotherhood of smoking by good 'ole gibu & randyb1--it may take a village to raise a child, but it takes a few good guys to get one to appreciate a fine Cuban cigar!. Experiences?-I love Kahluas, Havana Honeys are decent. Ditto Romeo y Julietas. Recently acquired a few CAO golds, a brazilia, as well as a CAO m-x-2(a very fine and impressive looking cigar if I might add) In terms of "economical" cigars-just bought a box of 50 Roi-Tan cigars, and a cheap brand called Sacuba from the local gas station(yes, we are hitting the upper class of smoking with that one) Take care. Any suggestions on what to try is more than welcome--preferrably of the mellow, creamy sort. Had a bad experience with an Onyx reserve that I will elaborate more on in another post.

I'll warn you now, if you dedicate much time to reading and playing around here- you'll soon loose your passion for mild/creamy and low-cost cigars! The dark side is strong in these men!

(I think?) we all started out smoking lighter/milder cigars, it doesnt take long to graduate to heavy strong full bodied smokes! LET ME TELL YOU!

you like cao brazillas, eh? i know someone who used to work there. he said that in order to bring out the cameroon flavor in wrappers, they used to make love to the leaves.

this was said by my drunken irish friend, Sean O'Toole, who also said:
"Never stab a person in the neck" which is an adage that i've taken upon myself to pass along.

Ralph, the martian, also interjected by saing, "Always take your suppositories." That's another one i've adapted.

They're quite a character together when they're drunk. Especially Ralph, who tries to anally probe everyone. He uses his special anal probing equipment, and they flash, which is a really interesting site, cause you know who has em if you turn off the lights.

If you want to try a creamy ceegar with plenty of taste, try an AVO, you won't go wrong.... :D :thumbs: :p

One word of advise, you know how in the wildlife parks the signes say Don't feed the bears? well here it is don't incourage the Jolly. The boy is crazy, a good guy, just a bit crazy.

Welcome to CP.

If you like creamy and mild go with a PAM 64, or a Davidoff Millinium Blend, or heck even a Arturo Fuente Hemmingway series cigar (eventually I am sure the Maddies will be your fav in that line though).
